What We Do

Your Comfort & Space

Each session begins with a brief check-in to understand how you are arriving that day.

This may include:

• how life has been feeling recently
• your current mood or stress level
• areas of tension or awareness in your body

Everything does not need to be said. This conversation is simply a way of forming the container for your session—meeting you where you are on that particular day.

Breath & Awareness

Each session begins with a brief check-in to understand how you are arriving that day.

Your breath is a natural part of how your body releases, settles, and integrates during a session.

There is no need to control or perform your breathing. Simply allowing your breath to move naturally is often
enough.
At times, you may be gently guided to bring awareness to your breath, especially in areas where there is tension or sensation.
You might simply allow the breath to move on its own—or, as some find helpful, to let your breath breathe you

Working with Sensation

If you notice an area of intensity, tension, or change, you may:

• bring your awareness to that area
• allow your breath to move toward it
• stay present with the sensation without needing to change it

Awareness of breath can become a kind of internal touch—a way of sensing into the body from within, supporting connection between the nervous system and your felt experience.

A Natural Process

There is nothing you need to do “correctly.”

Your body already knows how to:

• release
• regulate
• and restore

Breath and awareness simply support that process.

Your Voice Matters

You are encouraged to speak up at any time.

Please feel comfortable sharing if:

• something does not feel right
• you would like more or less pressure
• you are too warm or too cold
• you would like an adjustment in positioning or technique
• you would like to communicate what is arising for you—physically, emotionally, or as moments of insight or realization

Your comfort and experience matter, and your input helps guide the session in a way that supports you best

What to Expect

Your session is designed to be both therapeutic and restorative, guided by careful attention to your body’s responses.

You will be welcomed into a calm, private space and given time to settle before your session begins.

Sessions typically include:
• a brief check-in
• customized hands-on work
• periods of quiet integration

There is no requirement to talk during your session.
Silence and conversation are equally welcome.

After Your Session

Following your session, you may notice:

• a sense of relaxation or spaciousness
• increased awareness in the body
• subtle shifts continuing over the next 24–48 hours
To support this process, it is recommended to:
• hydrate well
• allow yourself time to move gently (a walk can be helpful)
• choose calming, nourishing activities
• rest if your body asks for it

Holding the state of relaxation—rather than rushing back into stimulation—can help extend the benefits of your
session.
