The following approaches may be included within your session depending on your goals, session length, preferences, and what feels most supportive that day. Some modalities are woven naturally into the flow of a session, while others may be discussed as focused add-ons.
You do not need to know exactly what to choose before you arrive. This page is offered so you can understand the language of the work and feel more oriented to what may be available within your session

Vacuum pressure cupping is available as a focused add-on within a session by prior agreement.
This technique uses suction to lift and decompress soft tissue, offering a different approach than traditional pressure-based massage. Rather than pressing into the body, cupping creates a gentle lifting effect that can help create space within the tissue.
Cupping may help to:
- improve circulation
- support fascial mobility
- reduce areas of stagnation or holding
- create space within the tissue without direct compression
- support areas that feel dense, stuck, or restricted
Many clients experience the sensation as relieving and spacious.
Please note: temporary circular marks may occur and typically fade within a few days. These are a normal response to the technique.
Kinesiotaping
Kinesiotape may be applied as a supportive addition to your session to help extend the benefits of your bodywork.
Kinesiotaping may help:
- support muscles and joints
- encourage more balanced movement patterns
- reduce strain in areas of overuse
- provide continued awareness and support after your session
- help the body maintain a sense of support as it moves back into daily activity
Application is simple, comfortable, and designed to move naturally with your body. Taping is based on your needs and discussed during your session.
Wear & Use
Purposeful kinesiotaping is typically worn for up to five days, depending on comfort and activity level.
Clients may remove the tape at any time at home.
Even shorter wear – such as 24 hours following a session – can be beneficial in supporting:
- tension release
- improved mobility
- integration of the work performed during your treatment
