Each session is shaped in the moment, guided by attentive listening, clinical experience, and the body’s natural rhythms of release.
You can book by time, or choose a curated session if you prefer a more defined experience.
All sessions may include a blend of therapeutic massage, focused deep work, Himalayan salt stones, hot basalt stones, aromatherapy, red light therapy, and integrated Spinal Flow contacts, based on your needs that day.
A brief check-in at the beginning of each session helps determine the most supportive approach.

Focused Relief
For areas of tension such as neck, shoulders, low back, or hips. Work may include deeper pressure,
myofascial techniques, and focused attention—always guided by tissue response rather than force.

Nervous System Support
Gentle, responsive work supporting regulation, breath, and the body’s natural rhythms. May include
subtle techniques and Spinal Flow integration, allowing the system to reorganize at its own pace.
Spinal Flow Practice Sessions
Spinal Flow is a gentle, non-invasive approach that works with points along the spine to support the body’s natural ability to release stress and restore balance. Through light contact and careful attention
to the nervous system, the body is invited into a state where patterns of tension can begin to unwind.
As the nervous system becomes more supported, shifts may be felt in breath, movement, and overall ease. Rather than forcing change, this work allows the body to reorganize at its own pace—often
creating a sense of safety, steadiness, and internal alignment. Sessions are fully clothed and typically
shorter than massage appointments.
Curated Sessions
Senior Comfort Session
A gentle, supportive session designed to meet the needs of the aging body.
This work focuses on:
• ease of movement
• circulation
• joint comfort
• nervous system calming
Extra care is taken with:
• positioning and bolstering
• pressure and pacing
• overall comfort throughout the session
This session is appropriate for those seeking a slower, more supported experience that honors the body’s
current needs.
Student Massage (18 & Under)
A supportive, age-appropriate session designed for younger clients.
This work may help with:
• posture and alignment
• sports recovery and physical activity
• growth-related tension and discomfort
• developing body awareness
Pressure and approach are always adjusted with care, creating a comfortable and respectful experience.
A parent or guardian must be present for all clients under 18.
