The Athletic Massage Treatment

Designed for high-performance clients, and also advised for those making athletic attempts in life, who need focused, intensive care, this treatment combines multiple therapeutic techniques to address deep tension and restore balance. Perfect for those with at least two or three focus areas needing deep tissue work, and can incorporate range of motion movements, with stretching.

With every massage, I use Biotone therapeutic-grade lotion, trusted by professionals for its skin nurturing properties. This lotion is enriched with Bach Flower Essences, featuring the five-flower blend “Comfort Essence” to further support emotional and physical calm. You can choose between the lightly scented house aromatherapy blend of the week or plain lotion to suit your preference. Each session also includes:

✔ A drop of aromatherapy placed on your arm rest while you are face down, setting the stage for relaxation

✔ A hot towel, applied during the session to soothe and warm the body
